E-commerce design for an iconic action sports brand: a redesigned gear experience on burton.com, collection storytelling with a personal gear locker, and a seasonal skin system for the multi-brand online store.
Site redesign · Product collections · StoreA redesigned gear experience for burton.com: full-bleed riding photography as the way in, a boot matrix that sorts the line by price and filters by tech, and detail pages with alternate views, zoom and a personal gear locker.
Collections got a story of their own, shown here with Idiom: an immersive landing, a scrolling category view, product detail, a gear locker for building and comparing a setup, zoom and a view-all tray.
Step through the flowstore.burton.com sold Burton and its sister brands (Gravis, Red, Anon and Analog) from one layout. A skin system swapped textures and color, from cardboard and denim to holiday plaid and mountain ranges, so the store could change with the season without a rebuild.
